On Thursday 23rd June, we took time to celebrate the success of our Key
Stage 3 students. With awards for individual subjects as well as those chosen
by Heads of Year and for other note-worthy reasons, including The Triumph
Against Adversity award that has been instituted by one group of SHS alumni
and this year was awarded to Beth in Year 8. This award also comes with a
shield commemorating the occasion and onto which Beth’s name will be
forever inscribed, memorialising her triumph.
