DESCRIPTION:We would like to invite you to participate in the Year 9 Virtual Parents’ Evening which is being held on Thursday 27 January 2022 from 4.00pm until 7.00pm. \nThis is a fantastic opportunity for you to virtually meet with your son/daughter’s teachers for each subject\, to discuss their academic progress this year and to have any questions or queries answered to support the options process. \nThe evening will take the format of virtual appointments with subject teachers and each appointment will last for five minutes\, which will be controlled by the booking system and any appointments that last longer than the allotted five minutes will be terminated. We understand that in some cases there may be the need for further discussions\, in these circumstances you can request a further conversation with the member of staff prior to the end of the appointment and they will get back to you. \nWe also understand that not everyone will have access to this video facility\, so when you book your timeslot please indicate in the ‘notes’ section that you would prefer a telephone call and the subject teachers will contact you accordingly. \nOnline Booking System:\nOur online booking system can be accessed through the web address below\, the system facilitates virtual meetings.
