For Careers in Spotlight Week, our Year 13 students caught up with local entrepreneur Chris Parkes from Surfworks.
They dove deep into what it’s really like working in a creative agency and gathered firsthand insights to help craft their personal media profiles. Hearing directly from someone in the industry helped bring real meaning to the skills and qualities needed to succeed.
We can’t wait to see how they apply these takeaways to their final project briefs! 🚀

World Mental Health Day takes place every year on 10 October, and it’s a moment for our whole school community students, staff, and families alike to talk, listen, and support better mental health together.
Life moves fast. Between lessons, work, friendships, and keeping up with everyday routines, it’s completely normal for anyone to feel overwhelmed at times. Looking after your mind is just as important as looking after your physical health, so today is a reminder for all of us to pause, take a breather, and check in on ourselves and each other.
No one in our school community ever has to carry stress on their own. Every single member of our staff is here to listen and support our students and families whenever help is needed. 💚
